SANDISCのExtreme-Pro、8GB品が自分の中では高評価だったので、16GB品も購入しました。

　Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 1.501 MB/s [ 366.4 IOPS]
　Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 2.425 MB/s [ 591.9 IOPS]
　Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 1.374 MB/s [ 335.4 IOPS]
　
■測定2：USB2.0環境
　Sequential Read : 19.536 MB/s
　Sequential Write : 17.998 MB/s
　Random Read 512KB : 19.278 MB/s
　Random Write 512KB : 3.291 MB/s
　Random Read 4KB (QD=1) : 3.301 MB/s [ 805.8 IOPS]
　Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 1.802 MB/s [ 439.9 IOPS]

8GBから察する通りの値ですね。
現実問題として、DesireにはTooMuchなスペックでしょうけれど、
バックアップ⇒SDフォーマット⇒データ再書き込み
に要する時間が圧倒的に短縮されるのは魅力です。
